Recommended for anyone staying in Kihei, Wailea, and Makena. This side offers beautiful sandy beaches, palm trees, consistent sunshine, and easy free parking. Perfect for relaxed and scenic photo sessions with dreamy ocean backdrops.

WHITE ROCK BEACH

AKA Palauea Beach in Wailea

This beach features golden sand and swaying palm trees, with stunning mountain backgrounds.

This undeveloped beach has no hotels or condos, only private homes fronting the shore, and offers easy roadside parking with free, convenient access.

Area only offers porta potty.

This beach has soft golden sand and lava rock accents.

Framed by swaying palm trees with views of nearby islands.

It also offers a large parking lot and restroom access.

SECRET COVE BEACH

Located in Makena

A stunning, intimate cove recommended only for couples or family of three.

This tiny beach can get crowded, especially on weekends, so it’s best for love birds session.

Roadside parking is available, but no restrooms available.

WEST SIDE BEACH RECOMMENDATIONS

Recommended for anyone staying in Lahaina, Ka'anapali, or Kapalua. A $50 travel fee applies, as I live over an hour away from this side of the island. The West Side of Maui offers stunning sunsets, dramatic shorelines, cliffs and pine trees.

IRONWOODS BEACH

Located in Kapalua

A striking location featuring dramatic cliffs, rugged lava rocks, and soft white sand. No restroom access. Parking is limited, so plan accordingly.

A $29.00 parking fee is required, payable by major credit card only (no cash accepted). Recommend getting an uber/lyft.

MY FAVORITE WEST SIDE LOCATION!

DT FLEMING BEACH

Located in Kapalua

A beautiful spot with golden sand, pine and palm trees, and grassy area. Restroom access is available.

Guests coming for photo sessions are not permitted to park in the free beach lot. Please use the nearby paid parking lot.

A $29.00 parking fee is required, payable by major credit card only (no cash accepted). We recommend using Uber or Lyft for convenience.
