Thank you for visiting my page and taking the time to learn more about me. I’m Lera, a passionate and motivated 25-year-old photographer based on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawai’i. I specialize in individual and business portraits, as well as couples and family photography, capturing authentic moments that tell your unique story.

My photography journey started back in middle school when I joined a photojournalism competition with nothing but a little digital camera and pure determination. I honestly had no idea what I was doing at first, but I ended up learning so much and completely falling in love with taking photos.

At 15, I saved up enough money from my very first job to buy my first real camera, which felt like the biggest accomplishment ever at the time. I brought that thing everywhere with me. While I always loved photography growing up, it wasn’t until a few years later that I discovered how much I loved capturing people, genuine moments, emotions, and connections. What started as a fun hobby slowly turned into something so much bigger, and now I get to tell people’s stories through photos, which still feels surreal to me sometimes.
